Pricing
All indicated prices are valid until 29th of August 2026.
For both holiday apartments, there is the possibility of also booking the “Rotmoos” double room.
The prices are per day excluding local tax (€ 1.15 per day and person, over age of 15) and mobility tax (€ 0,50 per day and person, over age of 15).
- We will gladly provide you with a cot and high chair for your kids. All children are warmly invited to play on our large play area with sandbox and swings!
- The reservation only becomes binding after receipt of the deposit for 30% of the accommodation price. We ask you to transfer the amount within 10 days.
- We recommend that you take out a Travel Cancellation Insurance policy from the Europäischen Reiseversicherung. With this, all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness or death of the insured person, their children, siblings, parents or grandparents before the start of the holiday or during the stay are covered.
- The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply to us. That means:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 month before arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 30% of the arrangement price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the arrangement price.
- If you cancel wihtin the last week before arrival, we well charge you 90% of the arrangement price an 100%, if you leave early.
